I founded Living Stones Center under its legal name, Living Stones Church, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, shaped by my deep experience in the Christian church.
For years, I saw how trauma—whether from crises in churches, families, schools, or workplaces—often goes unaddressed, even in places meant to offer solace. Churches, in particular, are rarely equipped to handle the chaos these wounds can bring.
That realization inspired me to reimagine our purpose. We no longer hold traditional church services; instead, we partner with experts and professionals trained to address trauma, facilitating the journey toward wholeness.
Our mission is to provide a safe environment for healing and growth, supporting people through mental health struggles and equipping leaders to respond with skill and compassion.
The name Living Stones Center reflects this shift—a space inspired by my faith journey, where optional Bible studies and faith-based discussions honor my Christian roots, yet our focus remains on practical, trauma-informed solutions for all, no matter the setting.
