BOOK Circles:reading and discussing books that are important for education and healing from trauma
LIFE Circles: Once a month meeting that is focused on introducing a topic providing information, discussion, and resources.
RELATIONSHIP Circles:Once a month. A more casual approach to discussing the topic of the month from various viewpoints and incorporating food, games, and activities into an experiential experience to help gain a more indepth understanding of the information.
ACTIVITY Circles – these are periodic specialty activities that help contain the discussion of various topics within the activity by facilitating discussions, responses, and interactions in a variety of settings.
DAY RETREATS – Picnicking outdoors in the mountains or a park for casual communications, food, and relaxation, or fun. Includes museums, parks, mountain parks, hikes, the Zoo, etc. This helps to refocus the mind and heart on life-giving activities.
SARAH’S TENT – For pastors’ wives and women in leadership: These paths are distinctive, shaped by our individual experiences while also bearing the responsibility of the influence we hold over others.
Embrace Uniqueness: We guide individuals to rediscover their unique selves through understanding biorhythms, emotional responses, and personality differences.
Normalize Healing: By normalizing the healing journey, we encourage individuals to embrace their feelings and experiences as part of growth.
Foster Emotional Awareness: Through education on fear responses and empathy, we help people understand and manage their emotions effectively.
Creative Therapies: Art and game therapies, along with engaging conversations, promote healing and self-expression in a supportive environment.
Resource Exploration: We empower individuals to identify beneficial resources, including books, videos, and tests, to enhance their healing process.
Holistic Health Understanding: We address the role of nutrition and health influences in supporting mental well-being, energy, and balance.
Awareness of Abuse: Educating on various forms of abuse, including narcissistic and emotional, helps individuals understand and heal from past trauma.
