We will explore belief systems that have been caught or taught and dig deep into the source from whence they came.
It is through dialogue that we learn about one another and what each of us believes. Without being certain of our own faith, we are not equipped to lean into and engage in, conversations with others of differing beliefs.
Nor do we identify those areas in our beliefs that are actually preventing us from growth. Many beliefs are caught, not taught, or are assumed. We often hear what we hope, or want to hear, not what was actually said.
You’d be surprised at the stories that we all can share that may have even been held up as standards of faith-living for us to attain, only to discover that we were being gaslighted, or the individual telling the story was.
If we do not lean in and listen closely to what is coming out of our mouths, we will not be aware of how our words, actions, and beliefs are affecting others. Nor will we truly understand why we get the results we are getting in our own lives.

until they know how much you care”.
