REVIEW: As with all that Dr. Carter writes, this book is delivered with compassion, common sense, and insights to help you recover from anger that you may or may not be experiencing consistently. Dr. Carter is outstanding in his writing style in confronting the issue without shaming the reader, but instead, bringing them to an understanding of what might be causing the anger in the first place. He’s one of my favorite authors.
